This looks as a configuration issue to me. Have a look at the reinvite, 
when it leaves the proxy (22.22.224.9 -> 22.22.198.159) the IP in the 
SDP and Contact are not mangled (it's 11.11.0.144). You also need to 
check for NAT and mangle the SDP in that case.
