Debian packages are available now for:
    - 4.0 etch
    - 5.0 lenny
    - sid/ unstable

You can download directly the deb files from :
       http://opensips.org/pub/opensips/latest/packages/debian/

or you can use the opensips.org debian repo:
       deb http://www.opensips.org/apt/ lenny main
       deb http://www.opensips.org/apt/ sid main
       deb http://www.opensips.org/apt/ etch main
