This has nothing to do with configuring CDRTool, it has to do with  
OpenSIPS. The sample configuration on the CDRTool wiki page is for 1.4  
As clearly stated on that page configuring all external components of  
CDRTool is something you need to solve on your own, that page cannot  
keep track of all various configurations and parameters for all  
external components that can be of different versions, change over  
time and users configure them in their own way anyway. Use it a  
guideline and fix you config for your own versions yourself.
