[OpenSIPS-Users] cdrtool rate engine on centos 4

Hi,
 
Can anyone point me in the right direction. 
 
I have two centos 4 servers. the cdrtool rate engine starts on one
server but not the other. I get the following on the non starting
server.

both servers has same global.inc and rpms
