[OpenSIPS-Users] OpenXCAP starting

Hi,

when I try to start openxcap using
/etc/init.d/openxcap start
it just gives me back the shell prompt without any message whether openxcap
has started or not.

the /var/log/openxcap/ contains an empty file access.log

using ps -e also does not show anything for openxcap

I am using Fedora10

Can someone tell what is the problem and how do I start openxcap if the
above thing is not the correct way.
