Hi Pacho,

yes, it is - OpenSIPS can perform UAC authentication to another SIP 
server. See the uac module, the uac_auth() function:

Static credentials can be defined via the "credentials" param:
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/uac.html#id228163

or dynamic credentials can be set via AVPs. See:
