Hi,

It looks like a problem with the router, however if I connect directly to asterisk the soft phone works correctly.

I can't see anything strange with the SIP packets and I am using a media-proxy. Ideally I would like to get this working with this router so that when I move things over to the new system the hardware can stay the same.

When doing an echo test, I can hear the introduction prompt and all is well. However I can see that RTP is not getting to Media Proxy, i.e. it has RTP: IP address, RTCP: Unknown

The IP addresses in the SIP packets point to Media-proxy, so all should work correctly.

This is very confusing!

Ross
