The Debian pkg-voip team is preparing official packages for opensips. If
you would like to help us test them, please grab them from this repository:

http://updates.xorcom.com/pkg-voip/

Reports and comments are wellcome on pkg-voip-maintainers at lists.alioth.debian.org

Whe the final packages are available, they will be available at the official repos.
