Bogdan,
I got it: I was mislead by an error in my cfg (wrong treatment of SUBSCRIBE
requests with to-tag) and was receiving "404 Not here" for them. So I
thought I had to create a new out-of-dialog request every time I wanted to
subscribe.
Thank you for clarifying this.
