As I commented in other mail, define your own IM conf URI's in OpenSIPS and 
route calls for those URI's to sip-chatserver. That's all.

You can define the IM conf URI's in OpenSIPS is lot of ways (using group 
module, AVP usr_preferences table, by regular expressions...).
