Hi Jimmy,
you need to define the dialog profile as dialog module parameter:
modparam("dialog", "profiles_with_value", "caller")
See: http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.5.x/dialog.html#id271893
I extended the tutorial example to include the profile definition.
