[OpenSIPS-Users] Number portability

Hi Uwe,

For cases like this, I recommend  the dialplan module as you can 
dynamically provision the module without any DB penalties. Also the 
module is flexible enough to allow you to do any kind of number 
detection (for local blocks of numbers) and translation (for PSTN).
