[OpenSIPS-Users] Help: can't add user

Hi, 
 
I failed to add users on opensips, can anyone help to check? 
 
[root at localhost opensips]# opensipsctl add 33330001 0001
ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'opensips'@'localhost'
<mailto:'opensips'@'localhost'>  (using password: YES)
ERROR: introducing the new user '33330001' to the database failed
