[OpenSIPS-Users] auth_db unable to connect to mysql

Hi,

But OpenSIPS starts, right ? I just checking if the initial connection 
to DB server (at stratup time) is successful or not.

Anyhow, you should upgrade the OpenSIPS 1.5 as 1.3 is old and 
unsupported (no more fixes on that branch).
