[OpenSIPS-Users] invalid version 0 for table rls_presentity found

I install the db via "opensipsdbctl create"
Table rls_presentity version is 0, then I use "opensipsdbctl migrate" to
update,the version is still 0.
so I change this value in version table. Its OK now
