[OpenSIPS-Users] OpenSIPS with OpenXCAP

The user that opensips process runs under must have write access to
that file.
You could do this:
modparam("mi_xmlrpc", "log_file", "/var/log/opensips/xmlrpc.log")
mkdir /var/log/opensips/
sudo chown opensip.opensips /var/log/opensips
Then try again
