[OpenSIPS-Users] [OpenXCAP] document name doesn't matter ¿?¿?

However, if I access to:
  /xcap-root/pres-rules/users/user at domain
or
  /xcap-root/pres-rules/users/user at domain/

then I get a 404.

Does it really make sense?
