[OpenSIPS-Users] [OpenXCAP] /users/sip:alice at domain or /users/alice at domain ?

Hi, when EyeBeam is configured to use SIP credentials for XCAP it generates an 
URL like:

  /xcap-root/resource-lists/users/sip:alice at domain/resource-list.xml

but I think I've seen in some RFC's the following:

  /xcap-root/resource-lists/users/alice at domain/resource-list.xml


Would OpenXCAP allow both cases?
