[OpenSIPS-Users] SIP-AVP for failed radius requests

Hi!

Radius server can add sip-avp to be available inside the OpenSIPS' script. But it seems that it works only if radius request returns accept, if it's reject sip-avps are not evaluated (at least this was the case for the old 1.3 versions).

If it's still the save for 1.4-1.5? If yes, I think it's good to add sip-avps also to radius rejects (for example for custom error codes).
