[OpenSIPS-Users] Reinit database in osipsconsole not working

Hello again,

There's a problem with osipsconsole when trying to reinit the database
to the default values.
It's around line 6780 in the mysql_query() function.
The problem is that this funcion doesn't receive the $PW, so it tries
to connect to the database as root without password. In scenarios when
there's a password for the root user, the database reinitialization
doesn't work.
