[OpenSIPS-Users] Load Blancer module, and Dispatcher module difference

Thanks for your response Bogdan.

I checked the website. Now I see the difference.
But I still do not know if the Dispatcher module dose the  load balancing on
the  SUBSCRIBE, and REGISTER message too.
I know that it does on the INVITE message.
