Hi Khan,

most probably your opensips is not listening on proper interface. Check 
with "netstat -ualnp" to see if opensips listens on 5060 and correct IP 
interface (as used by client).

Also check if there is any log (set debug=6) from opensips when you send 
traffic to it.
