[OpenSIPS-Users] error while configuring imc

iam configuring imc for kamailio-1.5. am getting errors when i start my kamailio. iam posting the error herewith,kindly guide me with the steps .the error code is  " ERROR:usrloc:bind_usrloc: configuration error - trying to bind to usrloc module before being initialized
