[OpenSIPS-Users] Memory Issue

I did a bit more digging. If I am reading things right shm total size is set 
to 268 megs. OpenSipS is not showing the memory consumption as what it is 
using (meaning that it shows < 268 megs yet if I restart OpenSipS it free's 
up 2-3 gigs of memory).
