Hi Michael,
"opensipsdbctl migrate opensips_1_4 opensips_1_5"
Is 'opensips_1_4' the name of your current database? The string
following migrate has to be the name of your current database that you
have used with opensips 1.4.x. The last parameter should be a name of
the new database that you will use when running opensips 1.5.
