[OpenSIPS-Users] 1.5.1 to release

Hi,

In the weeks following the 1.5.0 release, there were several critical 
fixes in the mysql part (mostly related to the new code for prepared 
statements) - this fixing were a result of hard testing of many people 
who stressed and tortured the new code in all imaginable ways.

If there are no other know issues, I would like to release 1.5.1 Monday 
13th of April.
