[OpenSIPS-Users] Call-control exception

Carlo,

Now can you telnet to your rating engine port and issue the following  
two commands:

DebitBalance Duration=15 CallId=test_call_adrian From=sip:1003 at sip.xxx.it 
  Gateway=79.37.254.50 To=sip:0039347123123 at sip.xxx.it:5060;user=phone
DebitBalance Duration=16 CallId=test_call_adrian From=sip:1003 at sip.xxx.it 
  Gateway=79.37.254.50 To=sip:0039347123123 at sip.xxx.it:5060;user=phone

And paste the output of both commands.

The above will debit the user balance, before running the commands  
note down the current user balance to restore after your are done.
