[OpenSIPS-Users] TLS Connection Refused Error

Is the client behind NAT?
Is the URI in the Contact header correct?

- Make sure the tcp connection stays as open as long as the client is 
registered (there is an option in registrar module)
- use fix_nated_register() on REGISTER before save(()
