AFAIK RtpProxy adds an attribute in SDP:
  a=nortpproxy:yes
so if the request arrives to other proxy using other RtpProxy, this last 
RtpProxy wouldn't wait for RTP traffic but instead start forwarding RTP to 
the address announced in the SDP (not sure anyway about it).

Of course, this solution has a problem since it's just valid when the call 
goes though various RtpProxies, but any other kind of media proxy would not 
understand that attribute.

There should be a standarized SDP attribute for this.
