[OpenSIPS-Users] Mediaproxy: how to build only media-dispatcher

Hi Klaver.

Thanks for the reply.

I am trying to use it on platform different than Linux, and so the relay 
doesn't matter for me.
It can be useful to do something like ./setup build dispatcher in this 
case because doing ./setup build tell me that i don't have conntrack 
dependencies.
