Hi Ali,
Sure you can - put the IP in a DB (use a usr_preference like table -
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/db/db-schema-devel.html#AEN581). When
a device registers, after authenticating the REGISTER, load from the
table the IP for the user (use avp_db_load() -
http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/devel/avpops.html#id2523447)
and check if the loaded IP is the same with the source IP ($si).
