[OpenSIPS-Users] Ping both UACs when a call starts

By definition, a SIP proxy *can't* generate in-dialog requests since it would 
break the CSeq numbers in the caller and called.
This is a task for a B2BUA.
If at least one of caller and called support SesstionTimers you can use it.
