The UAC receive this 200 OK:

  Record-Route: <sip:192.168.1.101;lr=on;ftag=b81a6b5e;nat=yes>.
  Contact: <sip:mod_sofia at 233.32.345.5:5800;transport=udp>.

So this will create an ACK:

  ACK sip:mod_sofia at 233.32.345.5:5800;transport=udp SIP/2.0
  Route: <sip:192.168.1.101;lr=on;ftag=b81a6b5e;nat=yes>

So this ACK will be sent to 192.168.1.101 (OpenSIPS), and OpenSIPS will 
forward it to 233.32.345.5:5800.
Can you verify if this ACK is doing that?
