[OpenSIPS-Users] pua_usrloc: When a registration expires pua_usrloc should be triggered

Hi, when a user sends an un-REGISTER (Expires: 0) pua_usrloc generates a 
PUBLISH with state=closed.
But in case a registration expireation occurs (due to disconnect of a user) 
pua_usrloc is not invoked.

It could be nice if a expiration of a registered contact would generate a 
pua_set_publish() call in order to send a NOTIFY with state=closed.

PD: Humm, what about if there are varios contacts registered for the same AoR 
and just one of them expires?
