Hi Matteo,
having:
modparam("siptrace", "trace_on", 1)
modparam("siptrace", "table", "sip_trace")
modparam("siptrace", "trace_flag", X) (see http://www.opensips.org/html/docs/modules/1.4.x/siptrace.html#id2518250)
is enough. In routing block you need to do:
sip_trace();
setflag(X);
