[OpenSIPS-Users] Problem with "db_mysql" not found

Hi,
I am trying to run opensips as a pure sip registrar with radius doing the
authentication.  Therefore, I remove all the db_related modules from my
opensips.cfg.
When running opensips, I am getting the following error:

Why is Opensips still binding to the database?  How can I fix it?
