[OpenSIPS-Users] snmpstats fix

Patches item #2068467, was opened at 2008-08-23 01:45

It's possible I mistook this patch for a fix to a problem it doesn't  
deal with.  I didn't try it out, I just noticed it was fixing missing  
DEFS in the snmpstats makefile and assumed it was this problem.
