[OpenSIPS-Users] third party register request

Hi Biswa,

It should handle them with no problem - in third party registration, the 
TO and FROM headers will be different (TO contains the AOR and FROM 
reference to entity doing the registration).

so, OpenSIPS accepts third party registrations.
