[OpenSIPS-Users] Permissions module error !

Sorry for my newbie ignorance, but how can i do that bug report (could be
helpful for this and other times).
I don't know if it is really a bug because the trusted table was filled by
the sermyadmin portal... Don't know if it was correctly filled...
