[OpenSIPS-Users] opensips presence module init error

I' new to opensips. I installed opensips with mysql support since I want to
use presence with mysql. I'm getting following error when I start. I did
have mysql server installed and created db and tables required for presence
to work. I have all the user name password required for opensips user to
access mysql in opensipsctlrc script. I could not proceed furthur.. please
help me understand the follwoing error.

Basically the presence module init failed since it is not able to
communicate witht he my sql databse. My mysql db is running, I ahve all
required username, password, table etc created.

ERROR:db_mysql:db_mysql_new_connection: driver error: Lost connection to
MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111
