<p>The <strong>s.fill</strong> transformations have been tuned a bit to also work exactly as the proposed <strong>s.width</strong>. </p>

<p>Performance-wise, it will work exactly as <strong>s.width</strong> (memset if possible). Moreover, you can do left-alignment with spaces as well.</p>
