<p>Note - Originally I thought this was solely caused by the issue I submitted as <a href="https://github.com/OpenSIPS/opensips/issues/235" class="issue-link" title="/tmp/opensips_fifo intermittently disappears">#235</a>, but I've since seen this failure happen even when there are no issues with the fifo file.</p>
