My opinion, it should be in b2b subpackage.
In the specs used on yum.opensips.org I've added it also to b2b subpackage.
I'll check (compile) this spec in a hour and commit the fix.</div>

Since b2b_sca depends on the b2b_logic module, shouldn't we add it as a
dependency? Or perhaps we should create a new package for it.
