  [topology_hiding] fix storing the socket info in no-dlg TH

Instead of storing the socket name (as proto:ip:port), store the socket tag if available - this allows the TH info to be decoded and understood by other pair OpenSIPS socket (same logical network interface, different IP, same tag).
This solves the underlaying issue reported in #4120, for 4.0 and below versions
