[OpenSIPS-Devel] [Minor Release] OpenSIPS 4.0.3 and 3.6.10

Hello!

It is my pleasure to announce the *4.0.3* and *3.6.10* minor releases.

This release round brings important security and stability fixes across
SIP parsing, TCP/WebSocket handling, dialog and B2B logic, SIPREC,
RTP handling, SIP capture, and database and event modules.

Notable fixes address buffer bounds, memory corruption, concurrency,
recording session cleanup and transaction handling.

Updating is highly recommended for all 4.0 and 3.6 users.
