  mpath: Extend "-i" option to auto-detect and add "./modules" as fallback

This change is aimed for development, in order to compile inside the
sources directory into "./modules", but still succesfully start a
cfg which does not explicitly include "./modules":

    mpath = "/usr/local/lib/opensips/modules/"

Renamed "-i" to "in-tree development mode", while keeping previous
behavior as well (to avoid unnecessary re-compile after git pull).
