With the new OpenTelemetry support in OpenSIPS 4.0 is this only for tracing
the OpenSIPS configuration, or are the trace and span contexts also set in
the outgoing SIP messages using the relevant SIP headers so that the trace
can be propagated through to other OpenSIPS instances down the line for
example a b2b system, or a dedicated call centre system.
