  add $socket_out(forced) pseudo-variable

The difference between $socket_out and $socket_out(forced) is that the
first one always returns the out socket to be used, regardless whether
it had been previously set, or inherited from the inbound socket.
This variable returns NULL if no socket had been explicitely forced.
