  backtrace.h: Make code more usage-friendly

* avoid having to define -DEXTRA_DEBUG for backtrace logging
* now you can define -DDBG_NO_BACKTRACE in order to disable all traces
* default logging level changed from DBG to CRIT
* fix issue with log level always being INFO; fix bad include
