  cgrates: add possibility to store a JSON in request

Using the `:=` operator when setting a variable, one can set an
arbitrary json into the request sent to CGRateS.
Thanks go to Vasilios Tzanoudakis (@vtzan on GitHub) for the feature
requst in #2034
